Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Growney app. They are also the terms of service required by the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. By creating an account, you accept them. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. Who provides Growney

Growney lets a Family:

Creating an Account is free. Using the App beyond the free trial requires a Subscription (section 6).

Technical requirements

Risks

As with any online service, there are risks, such as someone getting into your Account if they learn your password, or malware on your device. Use a strong password that you don't use elsewhere, keep your system and the App up to date, and unlink devices you have lost.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons: a change in the law or store rules, new or changed features, security, or a change to the Subscription. We will tell you in the App or by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you don't accept it, you can delete your Account and cancel the Subscription before that date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts there.

14. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, the following also applies:

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the download. Google is not responsible for the App.

15. Third-party materials

The App uses Phosphor Icons (MIT License) and the Rubik and Pangolin fonts (SIL Open Font License); its pictures are our own.
